who we are
We are a group of young urban professionals dedicated to supporting San Francisco philanthropy through cocktails. Our mission is to raise funds and awareness for local Bay Area charities. We meet every other month on a Friday afternoon, at various bars in San Francisco’s financial district. Everyone is welcome at all our events. why the name
We are young (at least in our own minds), we live in an urban area, and we are professionals in our respective industries. So, like it or not, we faced up to the fact that we are Yuppies (Young Urban Professionals). We hold our events on Fridays, which is how YuppieFriday was born.
